Sun Valley Signing Services provides mobile notary and loan signing services. We coordinate and facilitate document signings between clients, title companies, lenders, escrow officers, and other authorized parties.
We do not provide legal advice. If you require legal guidance, you should consult a licensed attorney.
2. Appointment Scheduling & Cancellations
Appointments are scheduled based on availability.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information when booking services.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made as soon as possible.
Cancellation fees may apply if a signing is canceled after documents have been printed or travel has begun.
3. Fees & Payment
Service fees will be communicated prior to confirmation of appointment.
Payment terms may vary depending on the service type and client agreement.
Additional fees may apply for:
After-hours appointments
Travel outside standard service areas
Document reprints
Missed or no-show appointments
Failure to submit payment as agreed may result in service refusal or collection action where applicable.
4. Client Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information
Ensure signers present valid, government-issued identification
Have documents ready at the time of appointment (unless otherwise arranged)
Ensure all required parties are present
Sun Valley Signing Services is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete documents, missing identification, or signer unavailability.
5. Notary Limitations
Our notaries:
Verify identity and witness signatures
Administer oaths and acknowledgments where required
Our notaries do not:
Explain legal documents
Provide legal advice
Alter or draft legal documents
6. Communications & SMS Consent
By submitting a form or contacting us, you consent to receive communications related to your request, including calls, emails, and text messages.

Message frequency is one message per appointment request unless additional communication is required to complete service coordination

We do not sell or share your mobile information with third parties for marketing purposes.
7. Description of SMS Use Cases
Sun Valley Signing Services uses SMS messaging strictly for service-related communications, including:
Appointment confirmations
Appointment reminders
Updates regarding document signings
Coordination of signing time, location, or required identification
Responses to client inquiries
SMS messages are transactional in nature and are sent only to individuals who have provided consent through our website forms or direct communication. We do not send promotional or marketing text messages.
Message frequency is typically one message per appointment request, unless additional coordination is necessary to complete the requested service.
8. Carrier Liability Disclaimer
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Sun Valley Signing Services is not responsible for message delays or delivery failures caused by mobile carriers or third-party service providers.
9. Age Restriction (18+)
Our services are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years of age. By using our website or services, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sun Valley Signing Services shall not be liable for:
